Customers are the most valuable asset for us. Hence, we want you to be happy with your order. If the merchandise you received is damaged or broken a Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be requested using this form within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Upon receipt of the Return Authorization Number:
1.) Write the RAN on the return shipping package;
2.) Return the merchandise within 2 days of the receipt of the RAM to:

When we receive the returned items, we will refund the purchase price less shipping charges.
Any problem with the merchandise or order must be reported immediately, and returns must be postmarked within the time limit set forth above.
It is important that the return package be postmarked within the specified time for proper credit. In the event you cannot or do not obtain an RAN due to technical problems such as e-mail or internet failure, the merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt. Under no circumstances will the items be accepted if they are postmarked after 5 days of receipt.
All merchandise must be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION, with the original tag, in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING. It is very important that the return items arrive in new, resalable condition, in original packaging to ensure full credit less shipping charges. Returns sent after the allowed period of time will be shipped back to the customer, and all costs incurred for returning the merchandise will be charged to the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse accepting any returned merchandise if it is determined that the merchandise has been damaged as a result of the use of the merchandise.
