Affiliates will earn 10% commission on all valid sales by default. High performing affiliates will get their commission rate increased.

A valid sale is defined as follows:
An item sold trough the affiliate link. If the transaction is determined to be fraudulent - the commission will be reversed. If the item gets returned by the customer for any reason - the commission will NOT be reversed.

Payment timeline:
Every Tuesday our system will make the funds earned during the previews week available for withdrawal. We do not send the payments automatically – the affiliates should log into their affiliate account and request a payment of available funds from therein. Currently we make payments trough PayPal only, however we are open to consider any special cases where an affiliate is unable to receive PayPal and will prefer other form of payment

The following methods of promoting your affiliate link are PROHIBITED and Toykin will terminate the affiliate's account and void any unclaimed funds therein should an affiliate be found of utilizing any of following tactics of promoting our products:

Spamming:
Any action that may lead to complains from third parties due to advertisement of our product is considered as spamming. This includes but is not limited to unsolicited email marketing, irrelevant and unsolicited posts in blogs and forums. Although both - email and social media marketing are allowed, please choose carefully where and how to promote our products. If it ends up with a complain from a third party - it will be considered as spamming.

Cloaking:
The visitors should knowingly click on our banner or text link or other creative ad in order to arrive on Toykin's web site. Any kind of automatic redirection of a visitor to an affiliate link without the visitor's explicit will of being redirected (such as when the visitor clicks our banner on your page) is considered as cloaking.

Misleading:
Although we allow the affiliates to create their own banners or text links or other creatives – it is prohibited to put our affiliate links on creatives which have explicit misleading in their text, pictures or other elements of design. Depending on a case – the affiliate may get a warning from us or get their account banned without notice. Please use common sense if you choose to create your own creatives, and make them to obviously explain the visitor where they will arrive when they click on your custom creative.

Attempts of hacking:
Any attempt to hack our affiliate system or website by trying to manipulate some codes or utilizing any other tactics will result in immediate ban of the affiliate's account. Furthermore, any attempt to hack a visitor's computer or infect it with a virus or a malware in order to profit from our affiliate program will result in immediate ban of affiliate's account.

Fraudulent actions:
Affiliates found in utilizing "fraudulent sales" (such as asking their friends or anyone else to purchase with a sole purpose of the affiliate earning money, and then return the items purchased) will get their accounts banned immediately and all their funds voided.

Please utilize honest tactics to promote our products. We monitor all activity and will hate to catch any of our affiliates in doing “bad things” – so please don’t do it.

Toykin reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's account or terminate the Toykin's affiliate program at all without a prior notice.

Toykin reserves the right to refuse anyone the right of participation in our affiliate program.
